The Quincy Regional Baldwin Field has three beautiful runways that you wouldn’t expect to see at an uncontrolled airport. The airport offers all instrument approaches needed to get down safely in IMC weather.
Great River Aviation, LLC is proud to be a Shell Aviation fuel service provider that offers aircraft fueling from 5:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Call ahead for after hour fueling service. We offer competitively low fuel prices, which makes Quincy Regional Baldwin Field a great stop to get fuel and grab a bite to eat at Tailwinds Restaurant located on the field. We offer a variety of accommodations for our customers. From quick turns, ground transportation, catering, preheating, de-icing, hangar rental, and aircraft cleaning and detailing are just a few things that our courteous staff will help you with during your stay with us.
Great River Aviation, LLC is a comfortable place to relax while fueling or just taking a break from your flight, with comfortable seating in our front lobby, a pilot’s lounge with several recliners, satellite television, vending machines, WSI satellite weather, and wireless internet access, we will make you feel right at home.
At Great River Aviation, LLC our maintenance staff is made up of professional technicians with many years of experience working with single, multi-engine, turbo-prop, and jet aircraft. All maintenance is performed and accomplished to approved FAA standards and regulations. Our maintenance department is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on call after hours and weekends if the need were to occur. Great River Aviation, LLC is Part 135 Certified with a variety of aircraft, offering flexible, personalized charter services to help you get where you need to go. Just contact one of our staff for more information.Great River Aviation, LLC is also an FAA Part 141 and Veterans Affairs approved flight school that offers superior flight training to our students. We are also partnered with Quincy University to provide ground and flight training for a flight student to receive either their Associates or Bachelors degree in aviation.
