This "fast-build" kit includes an assembled fuselage with dual gull-wing doors and vacuum-bagged wings; tinted windows; canard; control surfaces; retractable landing gear (the upsized XL landing gear). It does not include engine or propellor. The flight and engine gauges have LED inner lighting with 4 levels of brightness plus Off. Also included: a CNC-machined 6-hole plate for the gauges, designed for ease of assembly, wiring, and general access. The fuel gauge can be set for Hi-Lo limits, with a low-fuel warning. The Velocity 173RG Elite can be powered by a Lycoming, Continental or Franklin engine; or a Corvette 5.7L LS1, Ford or similar auto engine of about 200 to 260 hp. Kit is at least 60% assembled. Includes various rolls, weights, and styles of fiberglass cloth, carbon fiber, kevlar and peel ply, mixing cups, stir sticks, 5052 aluminum fuel tubing, assorted hydraulic fittings, lines, assortment of AN hardware, aluminum angles, aircraft-grade wiring, and much much more. Comes with all assembly prints, manuals and videos. New condition; always kept in a heated shop environment. Flight photo shows what this aircraft will look like when assembled.
